Obituary for Beverly Annette Leffew

Beverly Annette Leffew (Conerly), 57, Johnson City, sister of Sherry Stephens, passed away Friday, February 9, 2018, at her residence.
Beverly was born in Harriman, TN to the late Howard Leffew and Frances Rose.
Beverly was very family oriented and loved her family with all her heart. She enjoyed traveling, boating and all water sports. She had a special love for all dogs.
Beverly graduated from Oak Ridge High School and attended Roane State Community College.
She was a paraprofessional teacher in CA, teacher’s aide for Oak Ridge City school system, and most recently Palmer Early Learning Center, of Kingsport City school system.
In addition to her parents, Beverly was preceded in death by: husband, Ken Conerly; and mother-in-law, Jean Conerly.
Survivors include: one daughter, MacKenzie Conerly, of North Hollywood, CA; one son, J.T. Conerly, of Johnson City; one brother, Duane Leffew and his wife Elizabeth, of Clinton, TN; one sister, Sherry Stephens and her husband Tim, of Revelo, KY; four step-sisters, Janet Faulkner, of Dry Ridge, KY, Tonda Johnson, of Bradenton, FL, Dana Kelly, of Bradenton, FL and Teresa Dunn, of Frankfort, KY; seven nieces and nephews, Emily Ross, of Strunk, KY, Jeremy Stephens, of Revelo, KY, Kari Feazell, of Clinton, TN, Kelsey Madden, of Simpsonville, SC, Benjamin Cradic, of Johnson City, and Paige and Riley Overstreet, of Hendersonville, TN; two sisters-in-law, Kathy Cradic, of Johnson City, and Kelly Nave, of Hendersonville, TN; father-in-law, Steve Conerly, of Johnson City; step mother, Yvonne Leffew, of Knoxville; and step father, Jack Rose, of Dry Ridge, KY.
The family of Beverly will receive friends from 11:30 AM until 12:30 PM Thursday, February 15, 2018, at Morris-Baker. A celebration of life will follow at 12:30 PM. Pallbearers include: J.T. Conerly, Tim Stephens, Benjamin Cradic, Duane Leffew, Jeremy Stephens and Brad Ross. Family and friends will go in procession to Monte Vista Memorial Park immediately following the funeral for a 1:30 PM committal service.
