Obituary for Bobby King
Bobby King Sr., 70 of Redbud, passed away February 13, 2020 at Harlan Appalachian Regional Hospital with his family by his side.
He was born to the late Cobern and Laura Seals King on February 1, 1950. He was a member of the Redbud Missionary Baptist Church.
Mr. King is preceded in death by his Parents; Son, Bobby King Jr.; Sister, Rosalynn Seals.
Bobby is survived by his loving wife Janice King; Children, Kimberly Kelly and Husband Carl of Redbud and Jason King and Wife Tina of Redbud; Brother, Jess King Sr. and Wife Helen of Ewing, VA; Sisters, Margaret Ferrazza and Husband David of Oneida, TN, Lois Neal and Husband Jim of Pineknot, Joyce Kinney of Redbud and Christine King of Highsplint; Daughter in Law, Barbara King of Redbud; Granddaughters, Amber King, Caitlin Huff and Husband Joshua and Hayleigh King; 2 Step Granddaughters; Unborn Grandson, Jackson Huff; 5 Step Great Grandchildren; Very Special Friend, Jack O’Rourke and wife Gail; A host of Redbud Missionary Baptist Church Friends and Family also mourn his passing.
Visitation will be Saturday, February 15, 2020 from 12PM to 3PM in the Chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be at 3PM with Pastor John Luttrell and Brother Dax Tauldee officiating. Burial will be Sunday, February 16, 2020 at 1PM at Middleton Cemetery in Redbud. The Family will be meeting at the graveside. Family and Friends will serve as pallbearers.
