Henry Boyd Ball, age 82 years, 2 months, and 28 days passed away Wednesday, July 1, 2020 in Corbin, Kentucky.
Funeral Services were held Friday, July 3, 2020, at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of the Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home. Burial was in the Bethel Cemetery at the Bethel Baptist Church in Pine Knot, Kentucky.
He was born April 3, 1938 in Whitley County to Charlie Ball and Hazle Taylor Ball. Boyd was a retired farmer who enjoyed mechanic work and rebuilding and repairing things. He also enjoyed fishing and bird watching.
Preceding him in death were his parents, brothers, Hurstle Ball, Roy Ball, Vasco Ball, and Ray Ball, and sisters, Mildred, Relda Woneda, and Doris Ann.
Survivors include brothers, Delmer Ball and his wife, Wilda, of Pine Knot, Kenneth Ball, Lewis Ball, and Randle Ball and his wife, Marlene, all of Williamsburg, sisters, Kathy Ann Strunk of Corbin, Shirley Ball of Somerset, Thressia Key of Alexandria,, and Blanche Ball of Columbus, Ohio, and numerous nieces and nephews.
