Obituary for Brenda Ball (Fickey)
Brenda Henryetta Ball, age 78, of Pine Knot, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, December 7, 2019 at the Jean Waddle Care Center in Somerset, Kentucky.
Graveside funeral services were held Thursday, December 12th, 2019 at 11:30am at the Pleasant Knob Cemetery.
She was born in Pike County, Kentucky on December 7, 1941 to Henry Fickey and Jettie Pearl Renfro Fickey. Brenda was a Licensed Practical Nurse and was of the Christian Faith. She enjoyed family gatherings, puzzle books, and listening to music, specifically Elvis Presley.
Brenda is survived by: a son, Carlos Baird of Pine Knot, Kentucky; two daughters, Teresa Dart of Hamilton, Ohio, Lisa Tumbleson of Florida; one sister, Alice Wilson of Stearns, Kentucky; six grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by: her parents; one daughter, Beth Ann Baird; two brothers, John Hurt, and Glen Helton.
