Obituary for Carl Perry
Carl Dean Perry, age 87 years, 10 months, and 2 days passed away Saturday, December 16, 2023 at his home in Harrison, Ohio and was placed in the care of Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at 12:00 pm at the Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home with Bro. Roger Bryant officiating. Burial was in the Flat Rock Cemetery.
He was born February 14, 1936 in Whitley City to Virgil Perry and Hattie Watson Perry. Carl was a member of the First Baptist Church of Harrison and had been a warehouse manager before his retirement. He was also a member of the Hoffner Masonic Lodge #253.
Preceding him in death were his parents, a daughter, Rebecca Guntle, brothers, Clifford Perry, Darvin Perry, and James Perry, and sisters, Nora Sumler and Linda Vanover.
Survivors include his wife, Katherine Perry, daughters, Nancy Kern and her husband, Lee, Cathy Kyde and her husband, Don, and Tammie Neace and her husband, Keith, ten grandchildren, and twelve great grandchildren.
