Obituary for Christine Cash Ball (Watson)
Christine Watson Cash Ball departed this life to be eternally with the Lord on Saturday, January 29, 2022, and was placed in the care of the Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, February 1, 2022, in the chapel of the Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home with Bro. William Kilby officiating. Burial followed in McCreary Memorial Gardens.
She was born on December 31, 1923 at Storm King, Kentucky in Perry County, She was married to Marvin Cash and later Earl Ball, both of whom are deceased.
She is survived by a brother Lidge Watson, sisters Debbie Watson, Barbara Cecil, Lena Brown, Shirley Fudge, and Charlotte Spradlin. Preceding her in death are sisters Nora Foster, Marie Jones, Artie Davis, Ada Barton, and Imogene Kidd, brothers, Bill Henson, Clinton Duncan, and Woodrow Watson, She has four children Patsy Kilby deceased, Michael and Vicki Cash, Eddie and Pat Cash, and Teddy, and Kay Cash. Twelve grandchildren, grandson John Wesley Cash deceased twelve great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren. Christine was a member of Taylor Ridge Baptist Church. Christine loved to cook and work in her flowers, You always knew where you stood with Christine. The Lord blessed her with a long and healthy life well into her nineties. Her loss for us will be Heaven’s gain.
