Obituary

Glen Lindell Trammell, age 89, passed away Saturday, November 23, 2019 at the Jean Waddle Care Center in Somerset, Kentucky.

Funeral services were held Friday, November 29, 2019 at 1:00 pm at the Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home with Bro. Daniel McFeeters, Bro. Hilton Duncan, and Bro. Jim Marcum officiating. Burial was in the Lower Hickory Grove Cemetery.

He was born December 6, 1929 in Revelo, Kentucky to Luther Trammell and Golda Mae Stephens Trammell. Lindell was a chemical operator with Sterling Drugs in Cincinnati for thirty one years and managed apartments before his retirement. He served as a speaker for Dial-A-Prayer for twenty years. Lindell was a member of the Stearns Seventh Day Adventist Church and served as a First Elder in the Seventh Day Adventist Church. He enjoyed classical music and studying the bible and especially his walk with the Lord.

Preceding in death were his parents, his wife, Bertha Mae Trammell, a brother, Dwayne Trammell, and four infant siblings.

Survivors include sisters, Joyce Lewis of Pine Knot and Shirley Wright and her husband, Dillard, of Stearns, and several nieces and nephews.
