Patsy Lou Morrow, age 74 years, and 22 days, passed away Monday, October 11, 2021, at her home in Stearns, Kentucky and was placed in the care of the Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home.

Graveside services were held Wednesday, October 13, 2021, in the Taylor Ridge Cemetery.

She was born September 19, 1947, to George Dewey Smith and Myrtle Sizemore Smith. Patsy worked for the ASCS for many years, co-owned Grandmas Hope Chest, managed Stearns General Store, and was co-owner of Milton’s Burger Hut. She enjoyed sharing about the Lord, crocheting and gave dozens of baby afghans, doing puzzles, and ceramics.

Preceding her in death were her parents, and brothers, Brent Albert Smith, and Richard Wayne Smith.

Survivors include her husband of 55 years, Milton Morrow, daughters, Charity Ryan, and husband, Kelly, and Crystal Burk, and husband, Gordon, son, Eddie Morrow, and fiancé, Jennifer Terry, brother, Taylor Melton “Teddy” Smith, sisters, Peggy Smith, and Judy Terry, and husband, Paul, sister in-law, Betty Smith, and 5 grandchildren, McKenzie Burk, Eldon Whitis, Elijah Morrow, William Morrow, and Emily Whitis.
