Obituary for Russell Lee "Rusty" Duncan
Russell Lee (Rusty) Duncan, age 60 years, 5 months and 26 days of Covington, Ky, passed away Tuesday, July 12, 2022 at his home in Covington and was placed in the care of the Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home.
Funeral services were held Saturday, July 16, 2022 in the chapel of the Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home. Burial followed in the Silerville Cemetery.
Rusty was born January 16, 1962 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Luther Duncan and Bonnie Tiddle. He enjoyed spending time with his family and listening to music. Rusty will always be remembered as a great father.
Preceding him in death were his mother, Bonnie Tiddle, and brother Luther Duncan. Jr.
Survivors include his father, Luther Duncan, sons Gary Duncan and fiancée Miranda Ellam, and Rodney Ferneding; daughters Tonya Duncan, Tessa Nickell, Samantha Webb, and Tiffany Ferneding and husband Charles Cole; brother Darrell Duncan, and sisters Cheryl Sue Spinelli, Tricia Troxell, Shirley Stamper, and Kimberly Duncan; and 16 grandchildren.
