Obituary for Timothy Gene Rowe
Timothy Gene Rowe, age 51, of Stearns, KY, passed away February 21st, 2024, at the Jane Waddle Care Center in Somerset, KY and was placed in the care of the Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home.
Celebration of life were held on Sunday, February 25th, 2024, at 1:00pm at the First Baptist Church of Stearns, Kentucky. Family received friends from 11:00am until 1:00pm. Cremation was chosen.
Tim was born on December 18th, 1972, to Gene and Shirley (Deaton) Rowe in Louisville, KY. Tim obtained a Master’s License as an HVAC Technician at Somerset Community College. Tim served his community as an HVAC Technician but was known for much more. Tim loved spending time with his family, whether that was bear hunting, Jeep riding, going to basketball games, or spending time at church. Tim was a member of the Stearns First Baptist Church, and a pillar of faith to all who knew him.
Tim is preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by: his wife, Sandy (Worley) Rowe of Stearns; two daughters, Jordan Chitwood and her husband Zack, and Briana Rowe; his mother-in-law Jan Worley; his brother-in-law Mike Worley; his niece, Megan Sharp; two brothers, Mickey Blair and his wife Cheryl, of Stearns, and Morris Blair of Georgia; three sisters, Linda Dobbs, Mary Dalton and her husband Norman, and Crystal Dalton, all of Eubank; four grandchildren, Emmaline, Logan, Clementine, and Maverick; a host of many nieces, nephews, and extended family, and his loving companion Sadie.
