Brian Hamlin, age 46 years, 1 month, and 26 days, of Pine Knot, Kentucky passed away Sunday, January 19, 2025 at his home and was placed in the care of Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home.

Funeral services were held Thursday, January 23, 2025 at 1:00 pm at the Grace and Truth Tabernacle. Burial was in the Pine Knot Cemetery.

Brian was born in Somerset, Kentucky on November 24, 1978 to David Hamlin and Wanda Bryant Hamlin. After graduating from McCreary Central High School, he earned an associate degree from Somerset Community College. Brian was employed with the United States Postal Service until his retirement.

He was a member of the Grace and Truth Tablernacle. Brian enjoyed 4 wheeling, trips to the beach, and loved coaching youth sports. He was a loving, Christian father and husband whose priority was always caring for his family.,

Preceding him in death were his father, Dave Hamlin and his father-in-law, Paul Cecil.

Survivors include his high school sweetheart, Kelli Cecil Hamlin, who became his wife on July 27, 2002, sons, Caiden Hamlin, Kainen Hamlin, and Jaden Wilson, daughters, Hannah Hamlin and Adaleigh Hamlin, his mother, Wanda Hamlin, brother, Craig Hamlin and his wife, Allison, mother-in-law, Freida Cecil, special aunts and uncles, Wayne and Jean Bryant and Russell and Rhonda Hughes, and innumerable friends.
