Daniel Ray Privett age 37 years, 6 months, and 21 days of Strunk, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at his home. Funeral services were held Friday, November 20, 2015 at 1:00 pm at the Meadows Grove Baptist Church with Bro. Johnny Perry, Bro. Tommy Tapley, and Bro. Dennis Neal officiating. Burial followed in the Jesse Privett Cemetery. He was born April 27, 1978 in Somerset, Kentucky to Jay and Joyce (Spradlin) Privett. Daniel was a member of the Pine Knot United Baptist Church. He enjoyed being outdoors, riding four-wheelers and motorcycles, fishing, and racing RC cars. Daniel also enjoyed playing video games and spending time with his family. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Jesse and Grace (Stephens) Privett, Hobert and Vertie (Gregory) Spradlin; and a brother, Paul Scott Privett. Survivors include his parents, Jay and Joyce Privett; a sister, Angela Dixon and husband, Eddie; brothers, Troy Privett and wife, Melissa, Jerry Privett and wife, Gail, Lindell Privett, Roger Privett and wife, Nena, and Daron Privett and wife, Crystal, all of Strunk, Kentucky; nieces, Kesha, Kylie, Megan, LeCresha, Misty, Cammie, Emmie, and Ashlyn; nephews, Zachary, Roger Jr., Jessie, Landon, and Graylan; great niece, Brianna; and great-nephews, Brandon, Dustin, and Gunner. Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home served the family of Daniel Privett.
