Don Koger age 79, of Greenville, Tennessee, passed away Sunday, July 16, 2023, at his home and was placed in the care of Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home.

A memorial service was held Thursday, August 10, 2023, in the chapel of the Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home. Burial followed in the Pine Knot Cemetery.

He was born August 23, 1943, in McCreary County to Austin Koger and Mary Ellen Cain Koger. Don enjoyed cars, being outdoors, and participating with Smokey Bear for the Forest Service. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with family.

Preceding him in death were his parents, and daughters, Heather Koger, and Amy Koger.

Survivors include son, Donald "Dusty" Koger, grandchildren, Lenzie Cordell, Austin Baird, Noah Baird, Thaddeus Baird, Tyler Cordell, Jasmine Lyons, and Jaden Lyons, and great grandchild, Kyleigh Stanton.

Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home was honored to serve the family of Don Koger.
