Donnie Upchurch, age 76, wife of Earl (Hondo) Upchurch, passed away Friday, May 19,2017 at Hospice of Lake Cumberland Jean Waddle Care Center in Somerset, KY. In addition to her husband, Earl, she is survived by: One son, Shawn Upchurch Three daughters, Scarlett Upchurch, Autumn Upchurch, and Shannon King One brother, Dan Parmley Three sisters, Faye Gregory, Glenna Harris, and Sandy Bell Eight grandchildren One special great grandchild- Savannah Grace The family will receive friends on Monday, May 22, 2017 after 5 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at 1 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery. In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Hospice of Lake Cumberland or the Alzheimer's Association Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home of Monticello, KY. in charge of the arrangements.
