Bertha Elizabeth Corder Worley, who everyone knew as Liz, 88, of Evergreen Manor Assisted Living of Safety Harbor, Florida passed away peacefully on February 6, 2024.

She was preceded in death by her husband and the love of her life, Doyle Worley. They were married for 59 years when he passed away in 2015.

Liz was born in Barthell Kentucky on September 9, 1935, to Hobart Corder and Margaret Jones Corder. They both precede her in death.

She is survived by her son, Brian Worley, and his wife, Faith, of Safety Harbor, Florida. Her son, Rodney Worley, preceded her in death.

She is survived by two brothers Harvey Corder (Gladys deceased) of Somerset, Kentucky and Gary Corder (Ila) of Whitley city. She is also survived by one sister, Corena Tucker (Glen deceased) of the Day Ridge Community.

She was preceded in death by her brothers Virgil Corder (Betty), Winfred Corder, Calvin Corder (Ruby) and Charlie Corder (Wilma). She was preceded in death by her sisters, Ilene Duvall (John), and Gladys Worley (Otis) and an unnamed baby girl.

She was a beloved grandmother and great-grandmother. She also leaves many nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.

Liz had a great love for the Lord. She served the Lord for many years as a pastor's wife and pianist. She was a faithful servant who loved to sing and praise God.
