Helen Ruth Redden, age 86 years, 6 months, and 21 days, of Strunk passed away Saturday, December 16, 2023 in Somerset and was placed in the care of the Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home.

Graveside funeral services were held Monday, December 18, 2023 at 1:00 pm at the Hayes Creek Cemetery.

She was born May 25, 1937 in Clarington, Ohio to Arley B. Pitzer and Lottie Rhinehardt Pitzer. Helen worked as a nurses aid until her retirement. She enjoyed watching movies and shopping. Helen was a wonderful, devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved family gatherings.

Preceding her in death were her parents, a brother, Arley L. Pitzer, and sisters, Dorothy Grenolds, Barbara Underwood, and Jean Meyer.

Survivors include her husband, Woody Redden, a son, Gregory Lee Redden, and a daughter, Julieann Stephens and her husband, Steve.
