James William VanOver III, the infant son of Alex and Tammy (Dawson) VanOver, passed away Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at his home in Stearns, Kentucky. Funeral services were held Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at 1:00pm in the Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home with Bro. Braxton and Bro. Wayne Inman officiating. Burial followed in the Troxell Cemetery. He was born August 5, 2015 in Somerset, Kentucky. Preceding him in death is his grandfather, James "Jay" VanOver. Survivors include his mother and father; brothers, Andrew and Xavier VanOver; grandmothers, Joyce VanOver and Penny Dawson; great-grandparents, Dr. Gilbert and Ruth VanOver, Judson and Lexie Wright, and Gloria and Bobby Whitehead; uncles, Adrian James "A.J." VanOver and Palace Dawson; aunt, Veronica Nicole Lynch and husband, Jamey; many cousins and extended family members; and special friends at Pine Knot Fire Department.
