Janice Lee Wilson age 68 years, 6 months, and 6 days old, of Stearns, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday June 9, 2015 in Corbin, Kentucky at the Baptist Health of Corbin. Funeral services were held Saturday, June 13, 2015 at 2:00pm in the Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home with Bro. Robert Wayne Bryant officiating. Burial followed in the Lower Hickory Grove Cemetery. She was born December 3, 1946 in Blue Heron, Kentucky to Clyde and Lena (Boyatt) Wilson. Janice was a member of the Lower Hickory Grove United Baptist Church. She had served McCreary County as PVA for 14 years. Janice enjoyed working outdoors, spending time with her family, and caring for her nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death are her parents. Survivors include her brothers, Denver Wilson and wife, Janet of Stearns, Kentucky and Terry Wilson and wife, Belinda of Whitley City, Kentucky; sisters, Anna Wilson and Shanda Wilson both of Stearns, Kentucky; nieces, Kesha Wilson, Kaitlyn Wilson, Michelle Kidd and husband, Randy; nephews, Tyler Wilson and Preston King; great-niece, Natalie Kidd; and great-nephews, Cody King and William Kidd. Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home served the family of Miss Janice Wilson.
