Karen Begley, age 63, of Stearns passed away Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset. In keeping with her wishes, she was cremated. She was born January 18, 1959 to Harry Donald Begley and Jacqueline Ann Savage Begley. Karen worked most of her life as a waitress, although she was certified in many different areas. Preceding her in death were her parents, grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. T. T. Begley, and uncles, Ronnie Begley and Johnny Begley. Survivors include her aunt, Jean Meadows of Revelo, who cared for her as a mother, daughter, Kelsey Scarlett and husband, Michael, granddaughters, Kiylah Begley and Laylah Scarlett, brothers, David Begley and Bryan Begley, sisters, Donna Gunter and her husband, Steve, and Jennifer Hasko, stepmother, Connie Begley, nieces and nephews, Danna Gregory, Joshua Gregory, and Amie Underwood, special cousins, Chad Moses and Kearney Anderson, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
