Lara Chestnut Baird, age 59 years, 3 months and 30 days, passed away Friday, February 3, 2017 at the Jean Waddell Hospice Center in Somerset Kentucky. She was born October 4, 1957 is Somerset Kentucky, to Bennie Chestnut and Allene Marcum Chestnut. Lara was a retired health care worker. She is preceded in death by her parents. Lara is survived by her daughters, Kristen Faith Reed, and Katie Hope Price, both of Somerset, Kentucky , grandchildren, Kaiden Wesley Reed, Kailee Hope, Khole Alexis, and Jaxon Cole , and her brother, Tim Chestnut, and his wife, Margie, of Stearns, Kentucky. In keeping with Lara's wishes, her remains were cremated.
