Lisa Winchester Taylor, age 59, of Stearns, Kentucky, passed away Thursday February 8, 2024, at Baptist Health in Louisville, Kentucky, and was placed in the care of the Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, February 20, 2024, at 1:00 pm in the chapel of the Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home. Burial followed in the King Meadows Cemetery. The family received friends after 12:00 pm Tuesday at the funeral home.

Born February 11th, 1964, at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, Indiana, she was the daughter of James Ottis and Helen Roberts Winchester. She was a retired LPN.

In her spare time, Lisa enjoyed cooking, visiting her family, and crafts. She was of the Baptist Faith.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother, Gary Roberts, and her daughter, Brittany Lynn (Wilson) Smiddy.

Survivors include her husband, Joey Waters, her sons Jon Strunk and his wife Sarah of Somerset, and Dustin Wilson of Hazard, her sister Linda Roberts Taulbee of Muncie, and James Winchester and his wife Karen of Pine Knot. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Taylor, Addison, Railyn, and Jesse "JJ" Smiddy of Stearns, Gracie, Connor, and Cole Wilson of Winfield, TN.
