Ray Neal, age 83 years, 1 month, and 10 days, passed away Sunday, January 3, 2021 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, Kentucky. Graveside services were held Friday, January 8, 2021 at 1:00 pm in the Neal Family Cemetery in Stearns, Kentucky. He was born Wednesday, November 24, 1937 in Stearns, Kentucky to Anthony Neal and Fannie Morton Neal. Ray was a retired welder from Lear-Siegler. He attended Stearns Seventh Day Adventist Church. He enjoyed making replica native American artifacts, fishing, hunting, flowers, and gardening. He loved tinkering and working on lawn mowers. Preceding him in death were his parents, and daughter, Rhonda Carol Reynolds. Survivors include his wife, Sue Neal, four sons, Carson Neal, and wife Ruthie, Randy Neal, and wife, Martha Jill, Nick Neal, and wife, Jamie, and Willie East, one daughter, Francina Sparks, and three grandchildren, Gwen, Leann, and Fiona.
