Reba Martin, age 81, wife of Jack Martin, of Stearns, passed away on November 1st, 2024 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital, and was placed into the care of the Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home.

Funeral Services were held on Wednesday, November 6th, 2024 at 1:00 pm in the Chapel of the Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home. The family received friends on Tuesday, November 5th, 2024 from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm. Burial followed the services in the Pine Knot Cemetery.

Reba was born on February 3rd, 1943, to George and Cora (Sexton) Perry in Stearns Kentucky. She graduated high school and married her loving husband of 61 years, Jack Martin. Reba worked at McCreary Manufacturing, the County Extension Office, and retired as a Teacher's Aide for the McCreary County School District. Reba was a faithful member of Stearns First Baptist Church. Reba enjoyed growing flowers, baking, and sewing during her free time. Above all, she loved her family dearly and cherished every moment she spent with them.

She is preceded in death by her parents, five brothers, Tom, Barney, William, Johnny, and Ben Perry, and three sisters, Oma Perry, Wilma Whitehead, and Mary Lewis.

She is survived by her husband, Jack Martin, her daughters, Sandy Manche, and her husband Alan, of Lexington, and Becky Stephens, and her husband Jim, of Pine Knot, her brother, Bob Perry, of Stearns, her sister, Rosa Branham, and her husband Cecil, of Stearns, her grandchildren, Krista and David Manche, and Chelsea and Lauren Stephens, and several nieces and nephews.
