Richard "Dickie" Kidd, 79, of Stearns, Kentucky, passed away Monday, April 27, 2026, at the Fair Oaks Health and Rehab in Jamestown, Kentucky and was placed in the care of the Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home.

He was born March 13, 1947, in Columbus, Ohio to Richard Kidd and Myrtle Irene Mayfield Henry. Richard enjoyed native American art and wood working.

He is preceded in death by his parents and son, Andy Strunk.

Survivors include his brother, Roger Kidd, and wife Vickie.

In keeping with his wishes, cremation was chosen. Private services will be held.
