Robert Barnes, 59, Cookeville, TN, passed away on Tuesday, April 6, 2021, at his residence. Robert was born on Thursday, August 17, 1961, in Pine Knot, KY, to the late Shirley James Barnes. Three Survivors: Wife - Judy Barnes, Cookeville, TN Brother - Donnie (Julie) Hawkins, Cookeville, TN Sister - Debra (Clayton) Ferrell of West Tennessee along with a host of special friends, and other family members.
