Ruby Jewel Gregory Tucker, age 66 years, 3 months, and 28 days of Parkers Lake, Kentucky passed away Thursday, October 19, 2017 at her home. Funeral services were held Sunday, October 22, 2017 at 2:00 pm at the Day Ridge United Baptist Church with Bro. Allen Coffey and Bro. Hobert Corder officiating. Burial was in the Strunk Cemetery. She was born June 21, 1951 in the Parmleysville community of Wayne County to William Riley Gregory and Betty West Gregory. Ruby was a member of the Day Ridge United Baptist Church. She enjoyed quilting and taking care of her family, especially her grandchildren. Preceding her in death were her parents, Riley Gregory and Betty Gregory Davis, step father, Lee Davis, a great grandchildren, Paige and Colton Tucker, brother, Howard Gregory, half-brothers, Elmer and Raymond Gregory, half-sisters, Delcie Bell, Mae Huffaker, Della Gregory, and Lexie Davis and sister-in-law, Betty Gregory. Survivors include her husband, Henry Tucker, Jr., whom she married January 10, 1968, son, Jeffery Tucker of Whitley City, daughters, Jennifer Corder and her husband, Kelly, of Stearns, Norma Phillips and her husband, Steve, of Wayne County, and Mary Perry and her husband, Matthew, of Nancy, grandchildren, Tyler Tucker, Jalynn Phillips, and Jazmin and Joey Perry, great grandchild, Jonah Tucker. brothers, Kenneth Gregory, Lonzo Gregory and his wife, Ina, and Woodrow Gregory and his wife, Ina, sister, Anna Ruth Bell and her husband, Ron.
