Sue Carol Murphy Noe was taken into her Lord and Savior's gentle embrace on March 19th, 2022, surrounded by family at Life Care Center in Sparta, Tennessee and was placed in the care of the Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home. Sue was born in Strunk, Kentucky on April 18th, 1940, to Doyle and Ruby (Wright) Murphy, who preceded her in death. She retired from Delco Electronics in Oak Creek, Wisconsin as an assembly technician. She enjoyed reading, gardening, and spending time with family and friends. Sue is survived by her husband of 64 years Jim (Bob), sons Rick (Amy) Noe of Crystal Lake, Illinois, Terry Noe of Wallis, Texas, and daughter Sandi Mendini (Kelly) of Sheboygan, Wisconsin. She leaves 8 grandchildren – Kirstin Yeado, Kylie Fields, Nick Noe, Corey Noe, Chris Noe, Sarah McCullough, Matthew Mendini and Katelyn Mendini, two great-grandchildren – Max Yeado and Charley Noe, brother- Dean Murphy and his wife Nadine and sister- Patricia Ball and her husband Ray all of Pine Knot, Kentucky. Funeral services were held at Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home in Whitley City, Kentucky on Wednesday, March 23rd, with Pastor Dennis Bryant officiating. Entombment followed service at Carson Memorial Gardens. Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home was honored to serve the family of Sue Carol Murphy Noe.
