Wilda Jenette King, aged 56 years, 11 months, and 28 days, of Strunk, Kentucky, passed away Monday, November 18, 2019 at the Big South Fork Medical Center in Oneida, Tennessee. Funeral services were held Saturday, November 23, 2019 at 1:00 pm at the Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home with Bro. Clay Cook officiating. Burial was in the Silerville Cemetery. Wilda was born on November 21, 1962 to Everett King and Mattie Davis King. She attended the South Pine Knot Church of God and had worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant. In her free time she enjoyed crafting, making flower arrangements, painting, and most importantly her family time. She is survived by: her son, Matthew King; two sisters, Virginia Strunk and her husband Benny of Strunk, Kentucky, Devonda Adkins of Winfield, Tennessee; two brothers, Darrel King of Strunk, and Rick King also of Strunk. Wilda was preceded in death by: her parents; a brother, Gary King, and her nephew, Gary King. Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home was honored to serve the family of Wilda King.
