Allen Keith Braden, 47 of McKinney passed away on Saturday, March 4, 2017. Born December 24, 1969, he was the son of Willie “Jr” and Peggy Sue Bowen Braden of Georgetown. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Michelle “Missy” Adams Braden; daughter, Brooklyn Braden of McKinney; three sons: Allen Braden, Jr of Pine Knot, Tyler Braden of Corbin and Blake Braden of Danville; grandmother, Marie Braden of Pine Knot and step grandmother, Shirley Braden of TN; mother-in-law, Frances Adams of McKinney; two sisters: Kristi Tackett and Tuesday Roxanne Anderson, both of Georgetown; three grandchildren: Gracie Braden, Kyleigh Braden and Tyler Braden, Jr; nephews, Jordan Ross and Hunter Tackett; nieces, Avah Tackett and Lylah Tackett; and a host of aunts and uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by a grandmother, Julie Goins and a grandfather, Lethal Braden.
Allen loved the Lord and faithfully attended New Hope Baptist Church. He loved woodworking and especially loved helping people. He was an extremely happy person. You never saw him without a smile on his face.
Services were held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the New Hope Baptist Church in Moreland (60 Roman Road, Stanford, KY 40484) by Bro. David Fralix with burial in Buffalo Springs Cemetery. Pallbearers are Allen, Tyler and Blake Braden, Scotty Tackett, Robert Anderson and Jordan Ross. Visitation was 6-9 pm, Tuesday at New Hope Baptist
