Barbara Stephens age 49 years, 8 months, and 16 days of Pine Knot, Kentucky passed away Friday, March 6, 2015 at the UK Medical Center.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at 1:00 pm at the Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home with Bro. Tim Corder officiating. Burial followed in the Phillips Cemetery.
She was born June 18, 1965 in Tampa, Florida to Charles and Barbara Lee (Pylant) Necessary. Barbara was of the Baptist Faith. She enjoyed knitting, visiting, cooking, gardening, and drawing.
Her father precedes her in death.
Survivors include her husband, Levi Stephens, Jr. of Pine Knot, Kentucky; sons, Charles Necessary and wife, Dolores of Broadway, North Carolina and Heith Necessary of London, Kentucky; daughter, Jessica Rider and husband, Joe of Spencerville, Ohio; her mother, Barbara Necessary of St. Albans, West Virginia; brothers, Randy Necessary of Gibsonton, Florida, Conley Necessary of Lavergne, Tennessee, and Keith Necessary of Raysville, Florida; sisters, Vicky Haynes of St. Albans, West Virginia and Anette Edwards of Tampa, Florida; and 8 grandchildren.
Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home served the family of Mrs. Barbara Stephens.
