Cloteen Dolen age 68 years, 1 months, and 16 days, of the Worley Hilltop Community, passed away Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at the Baptist Health of Corbin.
Funeral services were held Thursday, November 20, 2014 at 1:00 pm at the Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home with Bro. Tim Corder and Bro. Johnny Perry officiating. Burial followed in the Angel Cemetery.
She was born October 2, 1946 in Scott County, Tennessee to Harvey Watson, Sr. and Burnettie (Smith) Watson. Cloteen was a member of the Old Beech Grove United Baptist Church. She enjoyed gardening, ginseng hunting, and spending time with her grandchildren.
Preceding her in death are her parents; a son, Jeff Dolen; sisters, Nancy Susie Watson and Bertha Alma Watson; and a granddaughter, Veronica.
Survivors include her husband, Leo Dolen, whom she married July 27, 1963; sons, Steve Dolen and wife, Gail, of Tennessee, Anthony Dolen, and Chris Dolen, both of Stearns, Kentucky; a daughter, Sherrie Dolen, also of Stearns, Kentucky; brothers, Kenny Watson and wife, Dorsalene, and Charlie Watson and wife, Marilyn, all of Washington, Sullivan Watson, and Lee Roy Watson and wife, Rebecca, all of Ohio, and Harvey Watson, Jr. and wife, Mary, of Monticello, Kentucky; sisters, Joyce Ross and husband, Milford, Lena Barnett and husband, Ralph, and Reda Miller and husband, David, all of Stearns, Kentucky; grandchildren, Jessica, Anthony Jr., Dylan, Andy, Jordan, and Emilee; and great-grandchildren, Destiny better known as "Lulie", Stormy, and AJ.
Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home served the family of Mrs. Cloteen Dolen.
