Condolence: My deepest sympathy to Betty and the family at Delmas's passing. I remember a day many years ago when Delma resqued my younger brother and sister and me from a rabid dog. Delma and Betty were living in the house above the old East Stearns Church of God when the mad dog foaming at the mouth with eyes as big as saucers approached. Delma rushed us up the steps onto the front porch and grabbed his rifle. He quickly killed the dog and most assuredly saved us from great harm. I was about 8-10 years old then, but I have never forgotten that day. I am now 72 and remain grateful for what Delma did. God bless and keep you. I now live in Indianapolis.
