Obituary for John Louis Bryant
John Louis Bryant, age 62 years, 2 months, and 25 days, passed away Monday, April 16, 2018 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset Kentucky.
Funeral services were held Saturday, April 21, 2018 at 2:00 pm at the Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home with Bro. Dennis Bryant officiating. Burial was in the Upper Cal Hill Cemetery.
He was born January 22, 1956 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Roscoe Bryant and Mary Edith Perry Bryant. John was a retired logger and a member of the Hilltop Baptist Church. He found pleasure in fishing, camping, sewing, and repairing vehicles. He also enjoyed spending time with his family.
Preceding him in death were his parents and a brother, Bobby Bryant.
Survivors include a wife, Dora Bryant of Pine Knot, Kentucky, two sons, Roscoe Lee Bryant and Fred Ray Bryant both of Pine Knot, Kentucky, two daughters, Mary Ellen Walker and her husband, Scott, of Somerset, Kentucky and Crystal Lynn Davis and her husband, Chad, of Whitley City, Kentucky and two sisters, Carol Bryant and Barbara Bryant both of Pine Knot, Kentucky, seven grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home was honored to serve the family of John Louis Bryant.
