Kenneth Larry Jones age 72 years, 8 months, and 3 days of Whitley City, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at the Pioneer Community Hospital of Scott in Oneida, Tennessee.
Visitation was held Friday, January 9, 2015 at 1:00 pm-3:00pm at the Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home. Burial followed in the Holloway Cemetery.
He was born May 4, 1942 in Whitley City, Kentucky to the late Henry and Linda (Foster) Jones. Kenneth was of the Baptist Faith. He had been a Saw Sharpener for Simpson's Timber in Shelton, Washington. He also loved to fish.
Preceding him in death are his parents; daughter, Kenna Jones; brother, Wiley Jones.
Survivors include his wife, Novella (Watson) Jones of Whitley City, Kentucky; daughters, Karen Jones and Jennifer Williams both of Shelton, Washington; brothers, James Buddy Jones of Whitley City, Kentucky and Foster Jones of Parkers Lake, Kentucky; sisters, Shirley McCloskey of Maryland, Barbara Sanders of Tateville, Kentucky, Eula Duncan of Oneida, Tennessee, and Peggy Liar of Monticello, Kentucky; grandson, Nico Allen Williams; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home served the family of Mr. Kenneth Jones.
