Lenna Marie Vaughn age 67 years, 6 months, and 4 days of Stearns, Kentucky, passed away Monday, January 26, 2015 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.
Funeral services were held Thursday, January 29, 2015 at 1:00 pm at the Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home with Bro. George Allen Coffey officiating. Burial followed in the Angel Cemetery.
She was born July 22, 1947 in Hernado, Florida to Carl Homer Coffey and Ada (Clark) Coffey. Lenna was a member of the Cherokee United Baptist Church. She enjoyed camping, sewing, gardening, and family gatherings. She also loved her pets. Lenna had many hobbies, but above all she loved being a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.
Preceding her in death is her father.
Survivors include her husband, Dale Vaughn, whom she married July 25, 1975; her mother, Mrs. Ada Coffey of Stearns, KY; a son, Tony Vaughn of Lexington, KY; a daughter, Tabatha Cordell and husband, Glyn, of Strunk, KY; brothers, George Allen Coffey and wife, Evelyn, of Stearns, KY, Larry Coffey and wife, Donna, of Whitley City, KY, Gary Coffey and wife, Amy, also of Whitley City, KY, Donald Coffey and wife, Sue, of Stearns, KY, and Mike Coffey, of Somerset, KY; sisters, Joyce Coffey of Somerset, KY, Sandra Strunk and husband, Chuck, Brenda Coffey, and Anita Braden, all of Stearns, KY; a special grandson, Riley Bryant; and several nieces and nephews.
Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home served the family of Mrs. Lenna Vaughn.
