Ottis  Worley
Ottis Odell Worley, age 86 years, 7 months, and 15 days, of the Smithtown community passed away Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at Signature Health Care in Pine Knot, Kentucky.
Funeral services were held Friday, December 22, 2017 at 1:00 pm at the Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home with Bro. Harvey Corder, and Bro. Hobert Corder officiating. Burial was in the Nevelsville Cemetery.
He was born May 6, 1931 in Bell Farm to Thomas Howard Worley and Mary Jones Worley. Ottis was a retired auto mechanic, having worked for Kidd Motor Company for over twenty years. He served in the United States Air Force from January 1951 until December 1954. Ottis was a member of the Clearview United Baptist Church. He enjoyed collecting family photos and cataloging them on his computer. His greatest pleasure was in spending time with his family.
Preceding him in death were his parents, his wife, Gladys Corder Worley, sons, Timmy Worley and Curtis Worley, a brother, Doyle Worley,and sisters, Gladys Corder and Evelyn Jones.
Survivors include his sons, Mike Worley and his wife, Trish, of Stearns, Kentucky and Lon Worley and his wife, Sherry, of Millbrook, Alabama, daughter-in-law, Georgia Worley of Parker Lake, six grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren.
