Scottie Virgil Keith age 48 years, 7 months, and 18 days of Whitley City, Kentucky, passed away Friday, January 16, 2015 at his home.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at 11:00 am at the Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home with Bro. Russel Keith and Bro. Doug Patrick officiating. Burial followed in the Keith Family Cemetery.
He was born May 29, 1966 in Somerset, Kentucky to Donald Strunk and Myrtle (Keith) Strunk. Scott was a member of the Eagle Creek United Baptist Church. He enjoyed spending time with his friends and family. Scott also enjoyed watching television and old movies.
Preceding him in death are his grandparents, Virgil and Ethel Keith and Caleb and Sadie Strunk; and a niece, Ava Grace Bryant.
Survivors include his parents, Don and Myrtle Strunk of Whitley City, Kentucky; a son, Anthony Keith of Mason, Ohio; a brother, Derek Strunk of Whitley City, Kentucky; a sister, Misty Bryant and husband, Dewey, of Pine Knot, Kentucky; a special aunt whom he loved and considered his second mother, Phyllis Price; and nieces and nephews, Derica Hughes, Elisha Strunk, Gloria Bryant, Raylan Bryant, Garrett Clift, and Kaylee Clift.
Scott is loved by many and will be greatly missed.
