Stephanie Ann Lindsey 45 years, 4 months, and 23 days of Wayland, Kentucky, formerly of Whitley City, passed away Saturday, September 10, 2016 at her home.
Funeral services were held Thursday, September 15, 2016 at 2:00 pm at the Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home with Bro. Eddie King officiating. Burial followed in the Carter Cemetery.

She was born April 18, 1971 to Phillip Warren Lindsey and Diana Sue (Tucker) Lindsey. Stephanie enjoyed coloring, listening to music, and doing word searches.
Preceding her in death are her father, Phillip Lindsey; mother, Diana Schulte; grandparents, George Ceaf Tucker, Juanita Tucker, and Stella Marie Lindsey; a brother, Phillip Lindsey, Jr.;an aunt, Alice Kay Tucker; and a niece Haley Diana Hogsed.
Survivors include her grandfather, Jesse Lindsey of Cincinnati, Ohio; aunts and uncles, Joe and Pam Tucker of Whitley City, Kentucky, Georgia Hamblin of Pine Knot, Kentucky, Benjamin Hamblin of Clairfield, Tennessee; sisters, Nikki Potter of Robbins, Tennesee; Latosha Hogsed of Amelia, Ohio, Jody Butler of Bryson City, Tennessee, and Gayle Gamble; a brother, Richard Schulte of Cincinnati, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.
Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home served the family of Miss Stephanie Lindsey.
