Sterling Edward Coffey Jr.
Sterling Edward Coffey, Jr. age 67 years, 5 months, and 21 days of Stearns, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, December 13, 2014 at the Physicians Regional Medical Center in Knoxville, Tennessee.
In accordance to Mr. Coffey's wishes, his remains were cremated. The family will receive friends on Friday, December 19, 2014 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home.
He was born June 22, 1947 in Co-operative, Kentucky to Sterling Coffey and Ester (Dobbs) Coffey. Sterling enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Preceding him in death are his parents, and a sister, Joann Coffey.
Survivors include his brother, Wade Coffey and wife, Lora, of Alcoa, Tennessee; sisters, Joyce Nelson, Hazel Matthews, Ellen Combs, and Susan Marcum; and several nieces and nephews.
Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home is serving the family of Mr. Sterling Coffey.
