The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Ken Elam can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence From: Tim Chestnut
Condolence: I remember the time I came out to Ken's house. Your mom made him come back in because he was on O2 and would get out of breath easily. We all will make this journey. He made it to the right place.

Condolence: Ken was one of my most favorite uncles, he always had a great sense of humor and could always make me laugh. During my childhood days I spent more time at their house than my own. Darlene was like the sister I never had.

I always had great respect and admiration for Ken. I know that he and my dad are celebrating in heaven together. They were very close here on earth. The night Ken was dying I went to my dad's grave and told him to be watching for Ken, he was on his way.

I love you both!
