Condolence From: Tim Chestnut
Condolence: I worked with Dick at a young age of 20 at the highway dept. He and Bob Davis operated the crane for our district. They were a hoot. Dick was a Baptist preacher and Bob at the time was a little "raw." The got along great. The odd couple indeed.
